My username and password are correct but I can't login

Login information can be correct but there are a few instances where logins can be blocked

If you get a message at login that reads:

Account Inactive

This means that your manager has your account inactive - most likely do to subscription size limits - and to log in your manager will have to make you active. 

If you get a message that reads:

location Inactive

This means that the SalesRX subscription has expired and management needs to make a payment to reactivate the system.
